Is the price per person or per group?
Per group. You pay one price for the workshop, based on how many people join and how long it lasts. The per-person figures are just there to help you compare.
How much does a virtual team building event cost?
Do all workshops cost the same?
All our set workshops, including seasonal sessions like Christmas and Horrogami, are priced by group size and length only. Custom workshops, such as a model of your logo or a theme for your event, start from an extra £250. Book a 15-minute call to talk it through.
What happens after I book?
How far ahead do we need to book?
As little as 24 hours ahead, though popular dates, especially in December, book up weeks in advance.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. After picking your date, choose “Request an invoice”, add your billing address and PO number, and we’ll email a VAT invoice you can pay by card or bank transfer.
Which video platforms do you use?
Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and most other platforms, whichever your team already uses. Michael joins early to check everything works.
Can you run sessions across time zones?
Yes. Michael hosts teams across the UK, Europe and North America, and will suggest times that work for your team's time zone.
Do we need to buy kits?
No. Everyone just needs a few sheets of A4 printer paper; even old flyers work. Kits are available at £20 per person, including UK delivery, if you’d like them.
Can the workshop be themed or customised?
Yes. Choose a seasonal workshop like Christmas or New Year, or Michael can design a bespoke workshop with a custom model for your brand or event, from £620 + VAT.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at 20% for UK bookings. You’ll get a full VAT invoice.
