How much does a virtual team building event cost?

Most UK virtual team building activities cost £12–£40 per person. A Papershake workshop starts at £370 for up to 30 people, about £12 each, and the per-person price falls as your group grows, to £4.80 each for 301–500 people.

No. Everyone just needs a few sheets of A4 printer paper; even old flyers work. Kits are available at £20 per person, including UK delivery, if you’d like them.

Is the price per person or per group?

Per group. You pay one price for the workshop, based on how many people join and how long it lasts. The per-person figures are just there to help you compare.

Do prices include VAT?

No. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at 20% for UK bookings. You’ll get a full VAT invoice.

Do all workshops cost the same?

All our set workshops, including seasonal sessions like Christmas and Horrogami, are priced by group size and length only. Custom workshops, such as a model of your logo or a theme for your event, start from an extra £250. Book a 15-minute call to talk it through.

Do we need to pay for kits?

No. Everyone just needs a few sheets of A4 printer paper. Kits are optional, at £20 per person including UK delivery.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

Yes. Pay by card when you book, or ask for a VAT invoice to pay by BACS. Purchase orders are welcome.

Can we pay in US dollars?

Yes. US prices are shown in the USD table, and invoices can be issued in dollars.
